Senior Product Specialist (Digital Safety & Security)

- Strategic and Big-Picture Thinker : Able to see long-term partnership value beyond short-term gains and connect partnerships to overall business strategy and identify scalable growth opportunities
- Strong Business Acumen: With strong commercial mind and understands different revenue models, cost, margin, pricing and ROI and able to negotiate for a win-win mindset
- Execution-Driven and Operationally Strong : Translates strategy into clear, actionable plans, including driving partnerships from engagement, negotiation to contract signing and product delivery to the market
- Strategic Project & Budget Management: Expert in managing timeline, budget, deliverables and milestone for partnership projects
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Committed to using deep-dive metrics and behavioral insights to solve complex problems and drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Adaptable & Results-Oriented: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, with a relentless focus on delivering measurable outcomes and continuous improvement with strong target ownership
Requirements
- P&L Ownership : Drive the profitability of Digital Safety and Protection services by tracking performance metrics, managing budgets, and achieving financial targets
- Customer Engagement : Promote activation and consistent usage of safety products, ensuring seamless integration into customers’ lives
- Service Innovation : Identify emerging threats and introduce cutting-edge offerings to maintain a robust portfolio of safety services
- Strategic Partnership : Build and sustain relationships with security solution providers to deliver premium services
- Execution & Implementation : Drive end-to-end project from partnership engagement, negotiation to contract signing and product launching
- Market Execution : Develop impactful GTM campaigns, leveraging partnerships and promotions to drive adoption
Your Merits:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, technology or a related field;
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in product management, business, marketing or partnership roles
- Proven track record to generate revenue through partnerships
- Experience in business roles with high pressure and revenue KPIs
- Strong background collaborating with external partners, technology, finance, performance and marketing team
