Senior Tech GTM Project Management Specialist
Job Description
In this role at CelcomDigi, you will have the opportunity to work on interesting projects within the Consumer Business division. You will oversee high complexed end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business goals, adherence to governance standards, and manage effective stakeholder engagement. This role requires strong leadership, structured execution, and a high level of ownership.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Provide technical guidance to support to the project team
- Facilitate regular meetings, provide status updates, and reporting to stakeholders and leaders
- To act as a liaison between Consumer business project team and IT teams by facilitating technical conversations to ensure there’s alignment across divisions
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned for future initiatives
- Establish effective and good working relationships with vendors and partners
- Monitor, track, and manage vendor’s delivery by ensuring SoW is delivered with high quality and within timeline
- Provide leadership and direction to project team members (both partners and CD teams)
Requirements
- Min. 8 years of managing complex projects within IT or digital environments
- Preferably you are someone who has the experience in managing complex technical projects in the telco industry or other related industry
- Strong understanding of technology and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum and Kanban), particularly in IT or related fields
- Previous experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project or other project management tool
- Demonstrated learning agility in ambiguous and unfamiliar situations
- Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure projects meet timeline
