In this role at CelcomDigi, you will configure product and service offerings in core telco platforms to support go-to-market launches.

You are:

  • Proficient in core telco platforms like CRM and CBS, and familiar with the overall telco backend architecture.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, ensuring every aspect of a task is done accurately.
  • Proactive and willing to go the extra mile to find new solutions and complete a task within a tight timeline.
  • Adaptable, able to grasp new concepts quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work collaboratively with others.
  • A strong sense of curiosity, actively seeking continuous improvement and innovation.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Translate Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and business requirements into system configurations by analyzing product concepts and implementing them across core telco platforms (e.g., CRM, CBS, VDPI) and digital channels.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to gather, assess, and refine requirements, and develop comprehensive technical specifications and product matrices for service/change requests.
  • Review and validate test plans and outcomes across pre-production and production environments to ensure seamless, error-free launches.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues identified during testing and post-launch, ensuring minimal service disruption.
  • Assess technical feasibility of new initiatives, conduct proof-of-concept (POC) activities, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Your Merits:

  • Proficient in core telco platforms like CRM and CBS and has a strong understanding of how they integrate with other systems within the overall telco architecture.
  • Experience with the end-to-end product development process and project management tools like JIRA.
  • Experience in fast-paced environment with continuous GTM launches, delivering ad hoc requests with quick turnaround time.
