In this role at CelcomDigi, you will be part of the Brand & Marketing - Social Media team, shaping narratives that position CelcomDigi Business as the trusted digitalisation partner for SMEs, large enterprises, and the broader TechCo ecosystem.
This is more than managing brand pages — it’s about creating content that resonates with small business owners while speaking to CEOs and C-suites on the future of digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B social media strategies tailored for SME, MSME, and Large Enterprise audiences. Lead and grow CelcomDigi Business channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X.
- Plan and oversee a comprehensive content calendar covering always-on, SME/Enterprise events, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Create audience-specific content: SME/MSME: practical tips, relatable stories, immediate business solutions. Large Enterprise/C-suite: strategic insights, digital transformation, thought leadership.
- Capture and amplify “golden moments” at events, roadshows, and workshops with timely, impactful content.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Enterprise, SME, Marketing, Corporate Comms) to ensure unified messaging.
- Manage and co-create content with agencies, thought leaders, and SMEs to strengthen brand authority.
- Measure, analyse, and report performance with clear KPIs, optimising strategies through data and social listening.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in social and B2B marketing to innovate content approaches continously.
Requirements
- 5–7 years’ experience in social media marketing, with at least 3 years in a B2B or enterprise-focused roles.
- Proven track record in growing brand presence and engagement for SME and enterprise audiences.
- Strong grasp of B2B vs B2C content dynamics — balancing storytelling with executive-level messaging.
- Skilled in managing multi-channel campaigns and event coverage at scale.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content development skills for business audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with social and analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin would be a plus.
- Advantageous: prior experience in SME/enterprise events, roadshows, or industry partnerships.
