Technical Activation Specialist
Job Description
The Technical Activation Specialist is responsible for driving successful go-to-market execution by leading internal communications and enablement for product launches, enhancements, and business rule changes. Reporting to the Head of Technical Activation, this role ensures internal stakeholders are informed, aligned, and prepared to support launches through structured briefings, documentation, and coordinated execution.
The role bridges Product, Technology, Sales Go-To-Market, and Customer Experience teams, translating complex product and system updates into clear, actionable narratives for frontliners and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Internal Launch Communication & Enablement
- Own end-to-end internal communications for telco product launches, feature updates, and business rule changes.
- Develop structured launch briefs covering product positioning, system impact, key changes, and customer implications.
- Prepare enablement materials including FAQs, Product Document Specifications (PDS), customer journeys, sales kits, and launch decks.
Stakeholder Alignment & Readiness
- Align deliverables, timelines, and expectations with Product Owners, Technology teams, Sales GTM, CX, and Channel teams.
- Conduct internal product launch briefings to ensure clear understanding of changes, impacts, and selling points.
Internal Channel Management
- Publish and manage launch communications across internal platforms such as WorkVivo, CD Mail, and other internal channels.
- Ensure information consistency and accuracy across all internal touchpoints.
Execution Governance & Change Management
- Track launch readiness across teams and ensure dependencies are resolved prior to go-live.
- Adapt to evolving product roadmaps and manage last-minute changes while maintaining execution discipline.
Continuous Improvement
- Support documentation of internal GTM processes, templates, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal communication clarity, speed, and effectiveness.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 3–8 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market execution, internal communications, or marketing operation
- Strong ability to articulate telco product value propositions and differentiators clearly.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
- Strong PowerPoint capability for sales kits and launch decks.
- Design or visual communication background is an added advantage.
