Job Description
Responsible for managing end-to-end contract governance, legal coordination, vendor onboarding, and procurement activities, ensuring compliance, effective risk management, operational efficiency, and strong stakeholder collaboration across the business.
Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of legal agreements, including review, governance, risk identification and mitigation, coordination, and approval processes

Serve as the key liaison between Business Users and Legal Counsel to facilitate contract negotiations, reviews, and approvals
-
Maintain and manage contract repositories, governance records, and legal documentation databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility

Support partner and vendor onboarding activities, including due diligence, compliance reviews, registration, and related documentation

Govern and ensure end-to-end procurement activities, including RFX, quotation evaluation, and vendor selection processes, are conducted in accordance with established Procurement policies and guidelines

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance and streamline legal, contracting, and sourcing processes and workflows

Work independently and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to identify and gather information requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs

Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across functions and stakeholder groups
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, with 7-9 years of experience in related roles
- Familiarity with basic legal, procurement or financial principles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Demonstrable experience from a governance support role in a business environment
- Attentive to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Pro-active and ability to work independently and also collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Meticulous and consistent as nature of work is transactional
