Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and strategically minded Unit Head, Marcomm (Corporate & Internal Brand) to lead the development and execution of high-impact brand campaigns across corporate, cultural, and internal brand initiatives. This role is central to how the brand expresses its voice to the public, customers, employees, and stakeholders.
As the lead for a high-visibility communications portfolio including corporate advertising, festive campaigns, and internal brand engagement. You will drive narratives that reinforce brand purpose, build emotional resonance, and align with key business moments. You will collaborate closely with creative, media, PR, HR, and leadership teams to deliver unified, purposeful brand storytelling.
Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Leadership
- Lead the strategic planning, creative development, and execution of major brand campaigns across corporate, festive, and internal communications.
- Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
- Act as a brand steward—ensuring all messaging remains consistent with brand positioning, tone, and visual identity.
Portfolio Oversight
- Corporate Advertising: Shape and oversee long-term and campaign-specific corporate brand advertising initiatives to strengthen brand equity and reputation.
- Festive & Cultural Campaigns: Lead seasonal and culturally relevant brand activations that reflect values, celebrate key moments, and build emotional connection with audiences.
- Internal Brand & Employer Engagement: Drive internal branding initiatives in collaboration with HR and Internal Communications to build a strong brand culture and employee advocacy.
Cross-Functional & Agency Management
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Product, Corporate Comms, People, Sustainability, Brand & Marketing Services team members etc.) to align messaging and ensure integrated execution.
- Manage creative and media agencies—leading briefs, feedback loops, timelines, and quality control.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and campaign health across all programs under your unit.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead a team of brand communications specialists and campaign managers.
- Mentor and guide the team in strategic thinking, creative excellence, and flawless execution.
- Foster a high-performance culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and brand-first thinking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management or any related field.
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or communications, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or unit head role.
- Proven track record in leading 360° brand campaigns, including large-scale corporate and cultural campaigns.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and impactful messages
- Strong understanding of media planning, creative development, and campaign measurement.
- Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling, insight-led communications.
- Experience managing creative and media agencies, production partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
